Posters at the BPS ASM 2025 will be presented in person as paper posters. They will appear on poster boards in the poster area to be viewed by meeting participants during the meeting.
Authors will have an opportunity to present their work in one of the 2 poster sessions:
Poster Viewing Session 1
Poster Viewing Session 1 will be on Wednesday, 4 June 2025 at 12:00 – 13:15.
All poster presenters with Odd Numbers are expected to be present at their poster(s) for any questions that might come from the interested audience.
Poster Viewing Session 2
Poster Viewing Session 2 will be on Thursday, 5 June 2025 at 11:00 – 12:15.
All poster presenters with Even Numbers are expected to be present at their poster(s) for any questions that might come from the interested audience.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Posters should be prepared in PORTRAIT A0 format: 1189 mm (46.8 inches) height and 841 mm (33.1 inches) width.
- Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters.
- Please make sure that your poster can be read easily from a distance of 2 meters.
- Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on top of the poster.
- All posters must be written entirely in English.
POSTER PRESENTATION INFORMATION
- All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board is available at the posters’ help desk in the respective poster area.
- Setup time starts at 07:45 on Wednesday, 4 June 2025. Please make sure you hang your poster until 10:50.
- Posters have to be taken down from 16:30 until 17:00 on Thursday, 5 June 2025 or will be removed and tossed.
